A Mazing Experience

In 2024, we are running both of our corn mazes once again. As in previous years over 8 acres of cornfield will be transformed into a large 7 acre corn maze and a 1 acre mini maze with with a total of over 2.5 miles of pathways. Guests of all ages will enjoy navigating their way through the many twists and turns.

Our Small Maze

Admittance to the MAZE ends one and one half hours before the market’s closing time.

Night maze visits are even more exciting, finding your way in the dark with nothing but your flashlights and the stars to guide you! It is the perfect experience for those who are hungry for fun!!

Night mazes will be held on the last two Saturdays before Halloween. Admittance ends at 8:00 pm.

Each year Cricklewood Farm chooses a new organization to support through maze admission proceeds.

This year, our chosen charity is Sandy Pines Wildlife Centre. Their mandate is to help all injured and orphaned wildlife – mammals, birds, reptiles or amphibians and release them back into the wild.

Last year, we were able to raise $2693.00 for Fixed Fur Life.

Over the years our corn mazes have raised more than $30,293 for these amazing causes:

• Fixed Fur Life
• Highland Waters Metis Council
• National Air Force Museum of Canada
• Foster Forest Wildlife Orphanage
• Quinte Therapeutic Riding Association
• Wounded Warriors Canada
• Primrose Donkey Sanctuary
• Big Brothers Big Sisters Northumberland
• Northumberland Humane Society
• Presqui’le Point Lighthouse Preservation Society
• Habitat for Humanity Northumberland
• Brighton Lion’s Foundation for Dog Guides
• Canadian Wildlife Federation

Thank you for considering Cricklewood Farm for your Corn Maze Adventure!

Important Notes & Tips

Comfortable Shoes
Comfortable, closed toe shoes are recommended on the farm. You will experience significant walking and require stable footwear.

Most Areas Are Stroller Friendly, However…
we are a working farm with unpaved, uneven walking surfaces, including the orchard, corn maze walkways, and the pumpkin patch.

Children 13 and Under
Children 13 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

Portable Restrooms
Portable restrooms are available for customer use. Two are close to the store and one is close to the mazes.

No Smoking
Cricklewood Farm is a non-smoking farm. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on Cricklewood Farm grounds including the corn maze. Thank you!

No Alcohol or Drugs
Alcohol and drugs are not permitted anywhere on Cricklewood Farm grounds including the corn maze. Thank you!

Cutting Through the Corn
Cutting through the corn may place you in the wrong area of the maze and you may end up missing half the maze. Short cuts permanently damage the corn and create false paths which ruins the fun for everyone.

Picking or Throwing Corn
If you pick cobs of corn, that becomes our loss and we cannot harvest it to sell at the end of the season. If you decide to throw the corn someone could be hurt. Thank you for your understanding!

Running Through the Corn Maze
We advise against running on corn maze pathways, especially in damp situations when the paths become slick and you might end up with a sore, wet behind.
