A Mazing Experience
Since 2001 Cricklewood Farm has operated a corn maze ranging in size from 6 to 7 acres with the addition of a 1/2 acre mini maze in 2013.
In 2022, to make your visit a more affordable one, Cricklewood Farm has reduced the size of the corn maze to one acre and will no longer be charging admission to go through the maze. Instead, donations are accepted in support of the operating costs of the maze and in support of a local charity.
Guests of all ages will enjoy navigating their way through the many twists and turns. The last chance to go through the maze is one hour before closing time..
Every year, since 2010, Cricklewood Farm chooses a new organization to support through donations. For 2022 we will be working with the Highland Waters Métis Council.
Funds raised will directly benefit local Métis individuals in need as well as support Orange Shirt Day and the No More Stolen Sisters campaign.
Orange Shirt Day (September 30th) is a day to honour the Indigenous children who were sent away to residential schools in Canada and to learn and teach more about the history of those schools. The No More Stolen Sisters campaign through Amnesty International works to end violence against First Nations, Métis, and Inuit women, girls, and two-spirit people.
Over the years we have raised more than $24,300 for these amazing causes.
• National Air Force Museum of Canada
• Foster Forest Wildlife Orphanage
• Quinte Therapeutic Riding Association
• Wounded Warriors Canada
• Primrose Donkey Sanctuary
• Big Brothers Big Sisters Northumberland
• Northumberland Humane Society

Important Notes & Tips
Comfortable, closed toe shoes are recommended on the farm. You will experience significant walking and require stable footwear.
Most Areas Are Stroller Friendly, However…
we are a working farm with unpaved, uneven walking surfaces, including the orchard, corn maze walkways, and the pumpkin patch.
Children 13 and Under
Children 13 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
Portable restrooms are available for customer use. Two are close to the store and one is close to the mazes.
Cricklewood Farm is a non-smoking farm. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on Cricklewood Farm grounds including the corn maze. Thank you!
No Alcohol or Drugs
Alcohol and drugs are not permitted anywhere on Cricklewood Farm grounds including the corn maze. Thank you!
Cutting Through the Corn
Cutting through the corn may place you in the wrong area of the maze and you may end up missing half the maze. Short cuts permanently damage the corn and create false paths which ruins the fun for everyone.
Picking or Throwing Corn
If you pick cobs of corn, that becomes our loss and we cannot harvest it to sell at the end of the season. If you decide to throw the corn someone could be hurt. Thank you for your understanding!
Running Through the Corn Maze
We advise against running on corn maze pathways, especially in damp situations when the paths become slick and you might end up with a sore, wet behind.
