Crisp, juicy and tart/sweet. Excellent eating apple and can be used in baking, salads,and pies. Resists browning.

Sharp/tangy with a sweet aftertaste. Tender/crisp & juicy. Excells in firm pies, good eating, baking, dried and in cider. Stores well.
